Fitness Fun Fest

A winter tradition is set for Saturday, January 24. The annual Zumba in the Roomba event will be known this year as the Fitness Fun Fest. It will take place in the Griffon Indoor Sports Complex beginning at 9 a.m. Zumba will still be a part of the yearly fitness event along with demonstrations of other workouts and walking . Registration will take place on site that morning. Attendance is free but donations are appreciated. Proceeds will benefit the YWCA Choices program in St. Joseph and Griffon Softball.
