Outlook: Helps anchor the left side of the offensive line...very good feet for his size...has a lot of experience and along with Nathan Martin will be looked upon for leadership on the offensive front.
2008 season: Shelton started all 12 games at left guard his junior season...has played in 35 games for Western with 34 starts...he is one of the leaders for the Griffons on the offensive line.
2007 season: Started all 12 games at left guard.
2006 season: Played in 11 games with 10 starts his freshman season.
High School: First Team All-Conference....Two time All-Defensive Team...Offensive Lineman MVP.
